Everything here is published to help you learn about homes in Northern Virginia and Washington DC and to make it easy to reach Linda James. Using the site does not make Linda your agent and does not create a brokerage relationship of any kind. That relationship begins only when you and Linda sign a written agreement. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice — for those, please talk to a professional in that field.
Homes shown on this site are presented for information only. Prices, square footage, bedroom and bathroom counts, lot sizes, taxes, fees, room dimensions, features and availability come from sources believed to be reliable but are not guaranteed and are not verified independently. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy, and nothing here forms a contract. Verify anything that matters to your decision before you rely on it — a home's condition, its measurements, its legal status, and what it is actually listed for.
The payment and affordability figures the site calculates are rough estimates produced by a simple formula from the numbers you type in. They are not a loan offer, a pre-approval, a rate quote or a guarantee of anything. Real payments depend on your lender, your credit, the actual interest rate, taxes, insurance, HOA or condo fees, mortgage insurance and closing costs, none of which the calculator knows. Get your real numbers from a licensed lender.
Photographs, floor plans, drone and twilight images, virtual tours and written descriptions show a home at a particular moment. Homes change, staging comes and goes, and a listing's price or status can change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. A home shown as available may already be under contract. Images and text on this site belong to Linda James, Jobin Realty or their photographers and may not be copied or reused without permission.
